The acquarium is beautiful and well maintained, the highlight of the show is Ingrid the mermaid, the only drawback is finding the entrance to the acquarium when coming from the Trocadero metro station.

Kids love it, too bad they can't feed the fish. There's a lack of interactivity with the children. They're not going to read the tablets with the names of the fish, why not an audio ppur interested!?!? And make the visit more interactive! Otherwise great time and visit, my son loved the Koi fish !!! See you another time.

The aquarium experience was a disappointment coming from Chicago, we knew it may not be quite as extensive and elaborate as the aquarium back home but we were not expecting that. It was dark inside and not a lot to see at all!!! You ca do that place in 20 mins and be done!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! This is something that should be free to the public. You should not be paying to get into this location. The restaurant outside the aquarium is not a good place to eat at especially with all of pigeons/birds attacking you for your food!!!! And the taste was blah!!!! I was really disappointed in this aquarium!!! I would not recommend!
I enjoyed the visit but I have 2 comments to make. Firstly, how come I was charged 19.95 euros when it was indicated that I would be charged 19.50 euros. Secondly, I wasn't able to print out the ticket, which can be useful in the event of a problem with the phone.

We are from Cape Town, so we know our Two Oceans aquarium. Yours is very beautiful and you have very special displays, user friendly, child friendly and easy to find via online maps! The animals are happy and well cared for! Thank you!
It was easy to find and such a charming casual journey around the aquarium. The jellyfish room is wonderful! Great price and not too busy either.
The variety and number of all the fishes, medusas and .. The arrangement of the aquarium We've never seen this before Our visit took round half a day
Best aquarium attractions! 👍👍👍 the mermaid show was amazing for the kids... only one incovenient was that the show was in French, they should put English also! Besides that everything was great experience!
A very appealing universe, with effective scenery and fish presentation via screens. A moment of caressing with the magic fish. A wonderful experience

Superb visit with a really fun show for the kids. A speaker then came to talk about the life of the aquaruim and the shark presents. It was a real eye-opener for children and adults alike.

We thought the exhibition and organization were excellent. We loved the corals, the fluorescent aquatic plants and the sea cucumbers. Also interesting were the toxicity levels of jellyfish and the beautiful starfish.

Kids love it! Lots of animals! Only disadvantage is that cloakroom was not open, but it is spring, everyone had to carry their coats.
Beautiful experience. Beautifully structured course, immersive environment. And I say this as a non-enthusiast. It was really a very pleasant discovery

I'm basically a fan of marine animals I loved the jellyfish, sharks, clown fish, koi, in fact all of them ☺️

What I didn't like: the virtual obligation to use a third party (Headout) to make a reservation. We are forced to open an account, which is not acceptable. The course is very badly signposted, with numbers that end too early.

Everything is very wonderful! A lot of interesting and unusual! I liked it very much! Brightly colored fish, moray eels, different types of carals, but most of all liked the section with jellyfish, mesmerizing! I didn't even realize that such unusual jellyfish existed, amazing! Thank you!

It was so good. Me and my girlfriend had the time of our lives. Never really experienced anything like it tbh. Overwhelmed with joy from my childhood nostalgia.
We loved the diversity of fish species. It would have been nicer for the devices of each aquarium to display the species of the animals, some of them were not functional
The stuff, including the ones that are cleaning the interior of the aquarium, are all very, very nice. But if you talk about the possibility of visiting with eldery or small children: lack of really good toilet for them, only theoreticly place is child and eldery friendly. Also, a child or a hendicap person cant see everything if there is a crowd. A few places more for sitting also are needed. It is great place for healthy people, but above 5 and below 60. And, the machines for snacks were not working too :[
There are few species of fish. And we're thinking of seeing a show with the mermaid. There was a storyteller but he started later than planned, so we decided to continue the visit as it was too long.

I loved it, a very nice environment and the treatment in the service very good. Thank you for the good information on site and the beautiful mermaid show.

A very fine museum, with quality exhibits including playful discoveries for children. The major flaw was in the organization of the temporary exhibition: the video reports stopped at around 6:20 pm and we were asked to leave the museum at 6:45 pm. We'd like permission to come back and finish this temporary exhibition.

the koi fish It was amazing and the kids loved it we were very lucky that there really wasn't a lot of people so we had the pond almost for ourselves
The diversity of fish, jellyfish, crustaceans, sharks, corals and their display in spacious, well-lit aquariums.

The guide for the eiffel tower was wonderful, she explained a lot of details of the history and we loved it. The cruise on the seine was very nice

River cruise was a very nice experience (there was a snow storm that day and it was great to be under a roof and still enjoy the views around you). Our Eiffel Tower tour was rescheduled because of the weather conditions and the tower was closed that day. The customer service was really compliant and responsive and they rescheduled the tour really quickly. The instructions to the meeting points were clear and our guide in Eiffel was super friendly and helpful. Really recommend!!
The indications to enter the museum of the invaded incorrect, I had to go around the whole area, also I had selected another date for the louvre museum, but they assigned it to me for the same day and same time of the tour that n the river signs. The costs in relation to what it cost on site were 30% higher.

The whole experience was amazing. The fact we could use the tickets up to a month was a really good option. The cruise was smooth and informative. Thank you
Everything is very good, the tour is worth it and the price is affordable. The first tour in the morning is emptier than the ones in the afternoon, you can get on and have more space. It would be better if there were previous indications of which point to board but arriving at the area they inform you.

There didn't seem to be enough seats for everyone on board. The noise people made every time we passed under a bridge was extremely annoying and off putting. It ruined the experience of a pleasant cruise on the Seine. Ignore the second box, had to tick something else to continue.
The Disney experience was a real blast. Arrive early and you can enjoy it to the fullest. We recommend downloading the app to see the wait times.

The experience was on a super rainy day and there was no way to postpone the tickets for the next day, which was expected to be sunny.

Once we figured out what line we should wait on, it went smooth. Love the boat experience and seeing Paris from that perspective( we choose an evening cruise).
Lovely activity, within walking distance of Eiffel Tower/ easy to find with App map directions. Simple boarding process with friendly staff.
All good, no worries, no lines. Just showed the tickets they sent me and had amazing time in the Louvre and on the boat. Super recommend this service!
The serene atmosphere, excellent service , overall a great experience and I certainly recommend it for anyone visiting Paris

Ticketing was perfect with the head out app. No confusion, it was clear where we needed to go and was well organized at check in
Everything was good organised. We did not wait in a line. The ship was cleaned. Love the tour-nice view and relaxing. Thanks.
Everything! From booking at Headout to the staff cooperation at the site...everything was just perfect..will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Also, planning to book again for family soon. Thank you and keep up the good work!
The cruise was awsome with great views...everything went smoothly. A guidance than people with online ticket can go straight to boarding was only improvement required
The whole boat trip was good with nice view of the most important places of Paris. Ticketing experience is very good with easy access.
It is a very good experience. The price and location are very good. The seats are relatively comfortable and with enough space. I think it would improve the experience if they played some local music to liven up the ride.

From booking tickets, to getting confirmation and reminder about the cruise and finally finding the place of boarding was all well detailed. Great experience!!
It was a decent cruise. Just a bit hampered by the weather. The check in was easy and quick. The departure was on time. Good facilities in the boat. Important landmarks were described nicely. All was good. 👍
The Louvre and the cruise were amazing. It'd be nice to attach a PDF directly to an email rather than forcing to download an app.
enjoyed the trip, great way to view buildings and bridges with the history behind it. The boat was also wide, comfortable. good experience - shame about the rain!

Next time will buy fast-pass ticket because with child you cant have perfect day because you are 45 min in the line fir any drive. Next time l will be clever 🥰😅
the entire theme park was a unique and unrepeatable experience for young and old, but the closing ceremony made the difference, it is a spectacular and fantastic event that everyone must see in case he has visited the park.
I loved the avengers ride, it was so amazing! This was my first time at Disneyland and in Paris! Headout's tickets made it a breeze and I would recommend Headout to friends needing to book things.
Nice both experiences, be well informed about transportation. Cruise on the Seine to do either at the beginning of the trip to get a sense of what you will see in the aftermath or at the end to get a small summary of the main points of interest in the historic center

Very short waiting time due to ticket. Pirates of the Carribbean and Phantom Manor from the rides, but the musical King of the Lions was brilliant! Of course Mickey's Christmas Parade and the final firework display were great. A great day, even if very exhausting :-)

What made it unforgettable were the lines, too many people, too crowded, out of the 10 hours we were at the park more than half of us spent in line and then everything too expensive unfortunately, starting from the ticket and then the things to drink/eat.I can understand souvenirs, if I want them I have to pay for them at the established price, but eating and drinking must be more affordable since for my family I spent more than 400 euros I expect not to have to spend another 100 for first necessity

The magic of Disney, but no respect for the times when the parade is scheduled or the fireworks start. No respect for customers
View original review in French
Good but crowded. Park full. Buzz Lightyear and Smallworld are our favorite attractions. Problem scanning QrCode at entrance. Your tickets on smartphones are on more pages. In the end, the gantry bugged and one person didn't get in. A one-page SNCF ticket would be better.

Ticket purchase, the day before November 11th Dematerialized ticket, but you can also print it out No need to queue, you can go straight into the park.

I only went because of Star Wars. It was very spectacular, especially as a fan. Darth Vader also put on a show before you could take a photo with him.

The period we have chosen to visit was superb. The queues were ok not too crowded. We liked very much. Too many shops... You can't escape :) Food ok - expensive though Very very clean
J'ai pu avoir des billets à la dernière minute grâce à vous car j'avais déjà pris des billets une semaine avant mais c'était des billets pour rentrer en semaine et pas en week-end . Merci merci encore nous avons pu avant notre week-end à Disney
Small Word is truly exceptional. The park immerses us straight into the atmosphere, with its music, colors and fantastic scenery. We'll be going back outside the school vacations, as the crowds unfortunately spoil the show a little. Too many people, making the parade almost inaccessible.

I was unable to buy a ticket on the official Disneyland website (???) and customer service was unable to help me. Here I was able to buy it immediately and received the QR codes within half an hour.
The Halloween show of all the characters. It was unforgettable and wonderful to see my childhood movies there and to experience it was more than a dream for me!

What made this day unforgettable was the magic of the park, being with my best friend and not having to pay a lot.

We enjoyed everything but it was overly crowded. We left early because we didn't want to wait in the queues. Overall it was really nicely made, but the waiting was just too long.
The park is wonderful,in fact it is something magical, it was very exciting but it was too full and there were long queues d wait, but still beautiful

Personally, I have a season ticket, but for my friends it was wonderful. We had a dream day and went home with stars in our eyes.

I bought this ticket at the last minute to enter the park when the tickets were sold out and it works perfectly. 🥳
Disneyland is simply an incredible experience....not exactly cheap....but the memories of this experience are priceless for young and old!

It was too crowded, you hardly saw any Disney characters, it was expensive. The pre-selection of this rating is far too imprecise, none of the sub-items apply. One point "other" is missing!

Magnificent . But of the combo I only used the cruise. The Arc de Triomphe was closed on the day in question. At Disney, everything was magic.

attractions for all tastes, a decoration that made us spend a dream moment, the night with the show at the castle was top notch.
