The guided tour made it worth while, Hendricks provided many historical facts and was very interactive with our group.

The content and information was great to learn and the office is nice and close to the Eiffel Tower. The extra info about safety was also good.

We went to the summit so we spent more hours at the Eiffel Tower than expected. We also walked down the steps from the second to the first floor. So glad we did and wish I had taken more pictures. We had planned on going to the Marie Curie museum but ran out of time.

We had the chance to take an evening Seine River boat tour, and it was a truly memorable experience.

I went on a cruise. I thought it was covered by my ticket to the Eiffel Tower but when I went to board the tour, I was told the ticket didn't include the cruise

first the arch de truimp walk in the garden of the Luve, walk down the champs eylse .... then the effiel tower followed by a great dinner not to far away.....

We also visited les Invalides from the outside only, went to a concert at St Chapelle, and had dinner in the Latin Quarter.

We took a boat on the river Siene which was lovely! Going up to the Trocadero was a brilliant place to get an excellent view/photos of the Eiffel tower. We went back at night to see the tower illuminated- awsome!

It was raining when I went, and the top of the tower was in the clouds, but we had moments where we could see evrything. I loved it, Not the best view becasue of the rain and clouds but overall it was a fantastic day and time!!!!

Well one good thing I did getting down by steps from first level I would say people are willing take a challenge cone by steps from the summit level to ground it will be one time experience which I missed however enjoyed the trip having food n tower sight seeing and walking by the river

Visited the Louvre, done the hop on hop off bus tour and visited the sky view at Montparnasse tower.

Walked to Trocadéro, rode the MET to the Arc, then rode MET to Galleries Lafayette, then th rift shopping on Rue de la Verrerie.

We did a hop on hop off river cruise, which you can catch just outside the tower. Or you could do the hop on, hop us bus or similar which is also just outside the tower

I visited the summit which was a huge deal for me because I'm afraid of heights. Then I visited the Arc de Triomphe.

We went to Monmarte and Champs Elysee and Arc du Triomphe. They were all amazing although Mon Marte is a bit sad and "loved to death" there were so many people there, it was crowded and we didn't get a chance to sit and soak up the art and the ambience. Absolutely stunning though but would recommend finding when its quiet.

On that day it was mainly to visit Eiffel Tower. My kids and I visited the local shops and had delicious meals in local restaurants. Really enjoyed this experience.

Notre Dame and Arc de Triomphe, dinner, and at 10pm went back to the Eiffel tower to watch it light up

-had try lift going to the top of the eiffel -took nice pictures of breathtaking view of the city -had good many new things learned as the tour guide, Mr. Martin make it more entertaining while listening to the eiffel history -going down we decided to take the stairs and try to visit the glass floors in 1st Floor. It was indeed worth it! ����☺️

We visited the Eiffel Tower in the morning and the Louvre in the afternoon. We never intended to spend a whole day inside the Louvre though. That may not suit everyone but it suited us - however it was a big day!

1. Allow enough time and don't be late ! 2. Pre-book your experience. 3. Take an extra layer of clothing as its colder at the very top !

Make meeting point clear, when booking make timeline on tower more articulate, we booked 7-8p. But got on tower 8:30p.

The Eiffel Tower is farther away than it looks. I would suggest figuring out the transportation in Paris.

Buy your tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower website. But the guide was ok. If you want to see the view from the tower without its history, however, I recommend the direct option.

Go to the summit because you won't regret it, even if scared of heights. The top is windy! Don't wear a skirt, even if you want to look cute. Go ahead and buy snacks on the 2nd floor and hang out a while and take your time.

Make sure you check the meeting location. While we had a few folks who did not and our guide made sure we gathered them, they did miss out on the guided city walk to the tower.

The tower was one of the easiest venues to get into in Paris, and it was probably the most spectacular.

Meet up location was easy to get to and very close to the Eiffel Tower. We travelled from chatelet les halles, using the B train south to St Michael's of notre dam and switching to the C train and got off at Ponte p'alma and walked down to the meeting point.

The guided tour gave extra information but also the freedom to move around after a certain point and stay as long as you like.

Be prepared to wait a long time regardless if u have skip the line tiks - as there are lots & lots & lots of people going up - don't skip doing the summit as it is amazing - esp the glass of champagne at the top !

Bring an umbrella. It was pouring outside and we got drenched. Plan to wait in line outside to take the tram up to the second floor.

Check the routes before walking to the shop. Some of the roads would be block or diverted due to Olympics.

1. Go to the address provided and follow the instructions. It was first time using an APP to purchase tickets. 2. Definitely arrive at the office 15 minutes early. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of pre-tour options for dining and shopping.

Give yourself plenty travel time. Once the tour ends you can enjoy as much or as little time in the towet. Take plenty photos

Try to avoid bringing large bags or backpacks. There isn't much room to move around. Be patient, all the lines move quickly.

It's helpful if you read the instructions given when you book and sit on the benches closest to the beginning of the lines for the entry point.

It's great to book a Skip the Line ticket and a tour is also a good way to learn more. We really enjoyed going to the top floor and had a glass of champagne.

Try not to go at week-end if possible to reduce crowds. Check the weather - the ticket costs a lot of money if weather is bad (we were lucky) Consider visiting just 2nd floor and first floor (especially if weather is bad) some things (e.g. Montmatre) could be better seen from the second floor than from the top.

You can google where to find the meeting point if unsure. It can be windy and cool, depending on when you go. Allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy all levels.

We had Max as our guide who made a remarkable, something-to-remember experience, his performance was not only a guided trip. All team members enjoyed. Also, important to mention that he follows up all guest's not to leave behind and supported the guests with very nice, well composed photos.

Important tip is not to believe the time estimation in the ticket. One hour wasn't nearly enough to pass through all the checks and the queues. Just going all the way up and down took two hours without spending much time with the views up there.

Sort out meeting place. Our guide was extremely attentive and realised quickly we had been given the wrong meeting instructions

•Buy your Metro tickets online for the amount of days you'll be in Paris - this is a no brainer, you can tap in and out on any tranport using the Card provided by the ticket machine. Better than using your phone in our opinion as it's not great to pul your phone out every time with all the pick pockets around. • Travel light - use a bum bag, theyre the easiest way to keep all your important items safe. • Plan for some walking between places, along the river is always great for people watching and surprising vistas. • Booking tours for the biggest attractions is by far the best way to see things in Paris. Especially places like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. • Try to speak French when you can. The French really appreciate you giving it a go. They may laugh at you but they will also respect youy more and be helpful!

Reaching early to office was definitely a good ide, the check for documents was fast, while heading to the tower there were 2 checking points. It's best to wear shoes and carry water bottle.

I would plan a visit that gets you Muhammed! He was the best tour guide possible and very easy to get along with. He also made sure his group was ready and gave an excellent talk on the history of the tower.

-Be mindful which time slot you pick to visit -Take a sweatshirt (it's windy) especially if you go in the evening/night or on a cloudy day -Empty your bladder before meeting your tour guide -Reach the eiffel tower area long before your tour begins, so you can get your bearings and get to the meeting point with calm

It is windy on the second level and summit. For an evening or night ascent, bring a coat or jumper. Some people were wearing summer dresses from daytime sightseeing and were really cold.

If you buy drinks within the tower, they charge you for the cups/glasses which you should return and will receive the payment you make for them. They do not explain this to you and many people put them in the bin. I seen the staff take them out of the bin and return for the cash.

Allow time up the Eiffel Tower after your guided tour has finished as it's great to just soak up the view and have a glass of champagne at the top (even though it was quite expensive).

We visited at 5.15 tour, once inside there is no time limit which is great! Be prepared for the queues, both to get in and then access the summit elevator

If you want to see the Eiffel Tower, use this comment! They made it super easy to get tickets and get into the tower. It's very crowded there and if you don't know the area, you will get lost! Catalina was amazing and very knowledgeable! I learned a lot and she made the experience easy and fun!

We waiting a maximum of 1 hour to actually start the experience. I'm guessing we probably saved about an hour or so pre-booking a guide compared to other options.

We qued for about 1 hr, but it was very interesting while waiting and being told about a lot of things. Anyway we saved a lot of time because our guide, Rachel, knew exactly and precisely what is to be done.

The lines weren't long. I don't know if that was because of the to me of year (end of September) or time of day (evening). I felt like we got through quickly.

I thought it would be all booked in advance and we wouldn't be standing in line for tickets. The queues were long.

Definitely worth purchasing tickets online. Keep in mind, there are still security checks that you cannot skip. The longest line and wait was for the lifts up and down the tower. That is the same for everyone though.

The lines everywhere were very very long - even with our ticket we had to wait at least 30-40 mins & then queue again for the summit elevator - too many people trying to get up the top with not enough access - staff need to control lines better to stop people cutting in

Queues were less than expected about 10 minutes. It was a Friday in September so crowds weren't too bad.

Not long at all, we were very lucky that we came at a good time where there weren't a lot of people.

THe queues were horrendous. It would not have been possible to get tickets for the summit from the Eiffel TOur ticket desk that day as they didn't have any capacity left. Queues to get lifts up and down, once inside the building, were also really bad - I think actually fewer people should be issued with tickets, to make the experience more pleasant.

We didn't have to wait for the ticket, but we had to wait everywhere else, for the elevators, security checks etc

For each level it was 10-15 min. Bit longer for 3rd level but nothing to complain about. We were expecting much worse.

Not long 10 minutes or so each for about 3 different queues. Guide said it was pretty quiet as it was the Paralympics and people had gone elsewhere.

To be honest the queues for the time we booked our tour at 9.45am were very short so I'm not sure we saved much time there - it was more that we were looked after and guided through the process in an environment with care. We felt looked after and this is important when travelling with children and neurodiverse children in particular.

We were waiting about 20 minutes. Other without the tour guide were waiting much longer so it was worth the extra money.

We didn't wait at all for tickets. But a couple in our group disputed their tickets ( to the second floor only) and it took 10-15 minutes to resolve.

Our tutor gide she was amazing, went out of her way to help us ,pitty it rained so much and that there was only one lift working wich was out of her hands , and we had to wait for 2.5 hours out in the rain But we still loved it

I picked a guided tour to get preferred access to the Tower because I had heard that sometimes you can't get in if you don't pre-book. The guide is good for extra information also. Our guide, Sylvia, was fantastic, great history knowledge, a good loud voice and enthusiastic.

It was special to wait more than 1,5 hours to get to the tower...with already paid tickets...what is really good is our tourist guide Nihad....he was very kind and helpful.

I booked it accidentally as I thought I was just buying tickets for the Eiffel Tower. Turns out it was really worth it. There was a small group of us led by our guide Edmund who was very welcoming, funny and knowledgable. I was a bit nervous as travelling alone with a child about meeting someone in the street but Edmund was lovely.

I was unable to book tickets online direct thru the Eiffel website & after getting there & seeing thise queues so glad I didn't.

We went with our tour to the swcond floor of the tower with the detailed explanation about the tower. He explained every single information about the tower. Then we could go to the top floor and enjoyed the view while going up with the elevator and at the top as well.

Couldn't get tickets from the offical website. However, didn't regret booking this guided tour. Our guide, Pepe was awesome, he speaks good English and give us a good information on the tour on the way to Effiel Tower.

It was the only option on the official Effiel tour website. The guide expressed that she was tired and told us to ask her questions instead. Hence I did not think it was a good option to have any guide. I did not think it would have made a difference if there was a guide or not.

Even though the address on the app was not correct Raphael, our guide was very helpful and called us to meet him at an agreed upon location still. Raphael was very knowledgeable and friendly with a lot of fun facts and information about the tour eiffel. The queue to go in was reasonable and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

We wanted to go to the top of the tower. Only tour operators had tickets. This seems unfair that tour operators are able to suck up tickets prior to the general public.
