Les Invalides is a complex that is made up of different museums and attractions. The collections in each of these museums are vast and require your undivided attention. The museum’s collection spans and includes uniforms, artifacts, and the famous tomb of Napoleon. You can witness the country’s military evolution through these displays, but requires at least 3 to 4 hours to absorb everything on offer.
Unfortunately, the site closes at 6pm so no late-night visits. But the Dôme des Invalides and the surrounding area are beautifully lit up at night, offering a great photo opportunity from the outside.
