Era da tempo che volevo visitare il Louvre. Grazie a questi biglietti abbiamo evitato la fila chilometrica che c'era all'entrata principale. È stata un'esperienza che rifarei altre mille volte. Purtroppo il museo è immenso e non siamo riusciti a visitare tutti i padiglioni quindi, non appena avrò l'occasione, sicuramente ci tornerò comprando i biglietti sempre su headout.

We recently visited the Louvre Museum with headout, and overall, it was a pretty awesome experience! The arrangements were smooth, and the guide did a great job explaining everything. The artefacts and paintings at the Louvre are simply mind-blowing – we were amazed at every turn. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The agency should keep their contact phone available – it was hard to reach them. Inside the Louvre, we didn't get much time to spend on each painting, probably because it was crowded. We also lost track of our guide a few times and eventually couldn’t find her at all :-) Despite these hiccups, it was still a fantastic visit. The museum and its surroundings are stunning, and the history and charm of the place are just incredible. In short, even with the minor issues, I had a great time and would definitely recommend the Louvre visit through Headout– it's an amazing place to explore! Thanks, Headout!

From finding the tour group at arrival to the end, we enjoyed everything! Ana our tour guide told us what to expect when we got close to the more popular articles to see and how to get close. She gave us ample time with each. We were very please with our tour and was able to get close to what we wanted to see thanks to Ana. We had a small request to see the Liberty Leading the People that had just been restored and she made sure we saw it on our way out of the next room from seeing the Mona Lisa. All the way through to the exit Ana was great with timing and leading us.

Sunt brazilian și am avut parte de cea mai frumoasă experiență muzeală din viața mea. Singura dificultate a fost să găsesc punctul de întâlnire, dar am reperat repede o fată cu un rucsac cu steag roșu. Am fost apoi ghidată de Camila, o franțuzoaică care vorbea excelent engleza. A fost de neuitat.

Notre guide Elsa à été admirable, nous étions qu'un seul couple de français, elle n'a pas hésité de nous traduire en français toutes ses explications. Grace à elle nous avons évités toute la longue file d'attente. ce qui nous a permi d'atteindre facilement la salle de Mona Lisa.

Wir konnten tatsächlich die riesig langen Schlangen umgehen. Wir gingen zu dem Treffpunkt und haben ca. 10 Minuten gewartet bis alle Personen die gebucht hatten da waren. Dann ging es durch einen Hintereingang direkt ins Museum an sämtlichen Schlangen vorbei selbst bei der Kontrolle gab es einen gesonderten Eingang. Nach einer kurzen mündlichen Besprechung ging es gleich weiter an verschieden Sehenswürdigheiten vorbei direkt zu Mona Lisa. Unser Guide hat uns alles super erklärt und war sehr fachkundig. Nach Besichtigung der Mona Lisa haben wir das Museum noch selbst erkunden können. Auf der Terrasse haben wir dann noch einen Kaffee getrunken und die tolle Aussicht genossen. WAS ICH ABER SAGEN MUSS IST DER TREFFPUNKT IST RECHTS VON DEM BOGEN NICHT LINKS WIE AUF DER KARTE DIE WIR BEKAMMEN. MAN KANN IHN ABER NICHT ÜBERSEHEN.

First I had trouble finding the group at the far end corner but then it was ok. There was no explanation of anything except a tour whizzing through Louvre. From the explanation I thought we were going to get a guided tour for 45mins. Like this, it would have been better for us to buy tickets and go around ourselves.

It was easy to find the guide and everything went smoothly. We were guided right into the Louvre (and there was an enourmous line we didnt have to wait for) and directly to the Mona Lisa. It would have taken quite a while to figure out how to get there. Afterwards, she guided us through to the highlights - she explained she was not a art guide and we could get audio guides for that, but she would guide us through to the highlights. It was wonderful to be able to just follow her and enjoy the art - she moved slowly enough so we could all take in the expansive beauty but kept it moving so we could cover most of the MUST SEEs. The Louvre is spectacular - you can use an entire day there and THEN the gardens - beautiful. I kept forgetting how it would have been lovely to bring a lunch and sit in the parks and eat rather than eat at the often crowded and high priced musueum cafes. I would highly recommend this tour with head out.

Our tour guide was so nice and helpful. The group wasn't too large, though we did get started late, presumably because we were waiting on people checking in late. I didn't realize he would show us all around the Lourve (I thought it was just a drop off at the Mona Lisa) but he took us around everywhere. We didn't get any commentary on the pieces of art during the tour, but this was more than worth it to skip the line and see all that we wanted to see with limited time!

It was our first time in the Louvre and our lead us trough the security check and the entrance within 15 minutes. Then she showed us the most meorable act's in the museum in one and an half our. Afterwards we could spend as many time as we want in the museum. It was shure wearth the money to skip the lines.

We had a fabulous tour with Wendy, even with the uncertainty of an emergency evacuation right as we were to start she kept us calm, stayed with us and delivered the tour an hour later than expected. This was the first time at the Louvre in Paris. Our guide, Ivan, was terrific. His love of all things French, archeology, and especially his love for the Louvre was amazing. The insight he gave us regarding paintings, stories behind the art objects was outstanding. We were sorry our tour was only 2 hours, but that was because of our timeline. Julian hat uns einen wunderbaren Einblick in die Entstehungsgeschichte des Louvre gegeben. Damit waren wir gut eingestimmt. Im weiteren Verlauf hat er uns Geschichte in Geschichten spannend erzählt. Er hat uns sogar in den Geschichten "mitspielen" lassen und uns mit unserem Wissen teilhaben. So war es die beste Mischung aus Freude, ein bisschen Abenteuer und Neues erfahren. Ticketing with Headout was easy. However, the time was changed and we did not receive an email telling us of the change. Laurence, was a great guide, enthusiastic, loved and knew her art and the Louvre. We could understand her English. The headsets were painful in my ear and did not always pick up her voice. Her choice of art to show us was appropriate. I enjoyed this orientation and time independently looking at further exhibits after the tour.

We met outside the Louvre. Finding the guide was easy, the directions were clear. Sarah, our guide had a very thorough knowledge of history and she was humorous. We enjoyed her presentation. She was well prepared with printed images of things she spoke about. Special thanks to Sarah, because my 13 year old daughter, who has been learning English for 2,5 years, could follow the whole presentation. Although the two-hour guided tour is not enough to see even a fraction of the museum, we felt complete. Going in with a group was a very good decision, we did not have to stand on any queue at all.

Mir hat am besten die ägyptische Ausstellung gefallen. Um die Zeit beim anstehen zu verkürzen, lohnt es sich richtig einen anderen Eingang zu nutzen. So sind wir durch den Eingang "Porte des Lions" gegangen und konnten ohne Wartezeit durch gehen. Wären wir durch den Eingang an der Glas Pyramide gegangen, hätten wir sehr lange warten müssen.

Îngrijorat de recenziile negative, m-am temut că mi-am pierdut banii și am fost înșelat, deoarece biletele nu ajungeau și era cu 2 ore înainte de vizită, prin chat am reușit, insistând, să am răspunsuri la întrebările mele și să le primesc la timp. Louvre și croazieră pe Sena. A doua zi am rezervat la Gare d'orsay și totul a decurs fără probleme.

Biletele pentru muzeul Louvre au ajuns cu doar câteva ore mai devreme. Ghidul audio a trebuit să fie ridicat de la fața locului și a existat o coadă pentru bilet și o a doua coadă pentru colectare, timp de 1 oră în total. Pentru Musée d'Orsay, accesul nu a fost o prioritate și a trebuit să stăm la coadă foarte mult timp. Este necesar să fiți mai clar în momentul achiziționării. Ghidul audio utilizabil cu aplicația este cu siguranță incomplet lucrările majore sunt lipsite de descriere. Acest lucru nu a fost, de asemenea, de înțeles la momentul achiziționării.

Es war sehr laut wegen der vielen Menschen. Die Zuweisung des Zeitfensters hilft, die Menschenströme zu lenken, mehr nicht. Das Argument, mit Zeitfenster auf lange warteschlangen zu vermeiden, ist ein Marketingtrick. Klar, Mona Lisa ist ein Magnet, hier war die Hölle los, aber auch in der Antikensammlung war Trubel. Ruhe haben wir erst bei den nordeuropaischen Künstlern gefunden, Vermeer und frans Hals hat nur wenige interessiert. Das gesamte ensemble ist beeindruckend.

il servizio di recapito biglietti dopo il pagamento è stato preciso e puntuale. Nonostante le moltissime recensioni negative è andato tutto liscio. Non mi è chiaro il concetto di "salta la fila" perchè ho ricevuto due biglietti per il Louvre da 22 euro (lo steso presso della biglietteria ufficiale online) e mi sono messo in coda con quei biglietti senza nessun accesso privilegiato. Per fortuna la coda è stata piuttosto breve e quindi non ho risentito del mancato "salta la coda"

Booking was very easy and straight forward, the app is very easy to navigate too. Even though these tickets are titled skip the line, you are still asked to wait in the line for pre purchased tickets, which on the day I went was ridiculously long. If you are visiting the Louvre, try enter by the Porte des lions entrance, we didn't have to wait in the infinite queue in the underground section. Overall the Louvre and the Cruise was really good, would defo recommend

Von einem Schnelleinlassticket im Louvre konnte nicht gesprochen werden. Trotz Reservierung war die Warteschlange sehr lange. Die Warteschlange ist mit grünen Schildern gekennzeichnet, nicht gelb wie in der Anleitung angegeben. Die Seine-Bootsfahrt hingegen war sehr schön und interessant.

I loved everything about the Louvre, the art, the architecture, the space, the experience. I was disappointed though that when I arrived the Information desk told me my digital tickets were not tickets and sent me out again. After a wild goose chase we found that they were valid tickets but had to queue again to get back in. Quite a lot of unnecessary footwork & delay to our visit, plus we had to leave my elderly mother alone while we went searching.

Am văzut opere de artă pe care le-am studiat la școală și pe care nu le văzusem niciodată pe viu, totul mi s-a părut foarte captivant și emoționant până la lacrimi. Singura notă negativă a fost că a trebuit să stau la coadă mai mult de o oră, în ciuda faptului că îmi cumpărasem un bilet care costa de două ori mai mult și care garanta saltul la coadă.

The museum was great and the audio-guide works. But the fact that I have to go to the Head out app to get my tickets was a hassle. It wasn't sent in the email, said my ticket is in the app so I needed to install the app (I have no more phone memory and poor internet data.) We were almost denied entry because I do not have an internet roaming and the ticket is in the app, unlike other ticketing online that sends pdf file on the email confirmation with my free internet. We went out of the museum to get better data coverage in order to install the app and get my tickets 😆

Je moet dit zeker gezien hebben. Het fijnste vond ik de tuinen met de muzikale fonteinen. Het kasteel is indrukwekkend maar zelfs in oktober druk, heel druk.

Il posto è stupendo, vale sempre la pena di tornare (per me è la seconda volta). Molto bello il palazzo, le stanze, i dipinti, gli arredi e bellissimo l'immenso giardino. Ho apprezzato il consiglio di acquistare l'ingresso al mattino nel primo orario, siamo entrati alle 9.30 senza fare code, quando siamo usciti alle 13.30 invece la coda di persone in attesa di entrare era lunghissima e sotto il sole cocente non sarebbe stato piacevole.

Este sitio vale totalmente la pena. Es recomendable destinar por lo menos de 3 o 4 horas si quieres recorrer el castillo y algunos prados. La reserva en Headout es muy fácil y segura. Los tiquetes llegan a tu correo y app y solo es presentarlos en la entrada

All displays s were great but Disappointed with the display for the Mona Lisa. Definitely needs a better system. We had at least 20 rows in front of us and they were not moving so that was a waste of time. Also inadequate signage to where it actualy was instead we had to keep asking at least 4 staff members and finally got there to have this large crowd who were Not moving. Was very disappointing and alit of others also felt this way.

Really nice place to visit the gardens and palace are beautiful. The only minor issue was the queue even though we had pre-booked, in gets a bit congested in some of the rooms none the less it's definitely worth a visit.

The application is easy to use, handy in planning a visit to Versailles, and well organised on site. The only negativ feedback is, that still far to many people per group are entering in the same time, so the tour inside is extremly crowded.

Die Tickets haben gut funktioniert und waren für und im Preis sehr stimmig. Die Attraktion war sehr überfüllt und es hatte viele Leute, aber es war sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort. Das Schloss und die Umgebung sind sehr sauber.

I really enjoyed the walk with the guide, love all the history and commentary. Our guide was great. The museum was a little disappointing, nothing to do with your company. It was so hot and getting to see the Mona Lisa was ridiculous. So tired of selfies. Just want to enjoy the art. This happens at all the museums. It makes it really awful. I was worried I would get trampled. The museum staff did their best, but it was like a frenzy. Waited an hour to get in and barely got to see some things for more than a few seconds before the selfies would block the art. There needs to be something done.

Austin was an amazing tour guide. He provided a ton of history, facts, interesting, points of interest, and a full storytelling experience. I think he needs to move to a full-time role in helping to welcome people to Paris. Awesome tour and glad I took the 45 minute outdoor tour.

The guide was great at getting us into the museum. A little stress finding the guide. they were not holding a sign with the name of the tour guide company and also there is renovation of the monument and the company was hidden behind the big scaffolding, not in the location of the pin. Photo shows the scaffolding and we found them by doing a lap of the scaffolding. But once we got through that it was all sorted and into the museum straight to the Mona Lisa. We booked the 1015 and it was nice to be in before it got really busy. That got us to the Mona Lisa for 11:00 and we then had the rest of the time free.
